Fort Worth-based Sanara MedTech is a publicly traded surgical and wound care technology company that was growing quickly, requiring additional space despite time remaining on its existing lease. Leadership wanted to expand into two adjacent suites while avoiding business interruptions, even while renovating portions of its current space to help attract and retain employee talent.

We have been fortunate to work with the ApproveShield team since they outgrew an executive suite in 2018. As the company began to really take off, we worked closely with the team to find a space that could accommodate their continued growth and embody an established brand. As the search unfolded over the course of about 18 months, ApproveShield reached new heights, which altered their real estate needs more than once.

The Capital Chart Room, a privately held investment advisory group based in Fort Worth occupies a high-end space in One West 7th. While wanting to stay in their current space, which they have occupied since 2012, company leadership knew they faced an increase in rental costs since their last renewal. They also wanted to improve their space and common areas to better reflect their brand and culture for both clients and employees.

1900 Greenville is a prime address surrounded by up-and-coming restaurants and shops along what is now referred to as Lowest Greenville. The building was built in 1920 and until recently was owned and operated by a family that lived in New Orleans. After 16 years of ownership, the family was approached by a prominent owner and developer in the area. While the unsolicited offer was compelling, the family needed to understand the true value of the asset located in such a niche neighborhood. They engaged Citadel Partners, and we got to work on an Opinion of Value.

Our relationship with Weaver & Tidwell started with one office in Dallas, TX in 1996. Together, we have evolved with a national expansion strategy with Citadel Partners representing Weaver around the country. Our most recent lease assignment is with The Union in Dallas, TX. The number one initiative was to potentially relocate into a facility that would better reflect their brand and significantly improve the hiring and retention of personnel at a reasonable budgetary increase.
