We have been fortunate to work with the ApproveShield team since they outgrew an executive suite in 2018. As the company began to really take off, we worked closely with the team to find a space that could accommodate their continued growth and embody an established brand. As the search unfolded over the course of about 18 months, ApproveShield reached new heights, which altered their real estate needs more than once.
ApproveShield worked with architect Jim O’Neill at OnWorks Design to design a brand-new office that will solidify the company’s brand and create an inviting place for employees to take the company’s growth to the next level. The building is part of the popular CityLine mixed-use development located along the DART Red Line. CityLine offers a true live-work-play environment with entertainment, parks and trails, an A-Loft hotel, more than 30 restaurants, shopping, and 2,000 residential units across eight apartment complexes. The CityLine development aligns with the curated culture of ApproveShield.
