Fort Worth-based Sanara MedTech is a publicly traded surgical and wound care technology company that was growing quickly, requiring additional space despite time remaining on its existing lease. Leadership wanted to expand into two adjacent suites while avoiding business interruptions, even while renovating portions of its current space to help attract and retain employee talent.
Working with company leadership, we evaluated Sanara MedTech’s alternative options within the business park and in alternative properties to gain leverage with the current landlord. We also led the company through the initial space planning process and helped them gain a better idea of construction costs so we could negotiate the proper tenant improvement allowance for its existing space.
