The Challenge

Lincoln Capital Management needed an office space that not only supports its existing culture, but also helps retain existing employees and attract new hires. We helped them align that business growth through site selection by negotiating a turnkey deal for the landlord to pre-form their buildout to the exact specifications they wanted and needed while simultaneously negotiating a below-market rate. 

Our Strategic Approach

Citadel Partners discussed the client’s needs and listened to their challenges. The team learned about the intimate pressure points of their existing office space and discovered what did and did not work. We questioned them about their wants in a new office space as well as the image they want to project to both employees, competitors and clients, alike. 

The Outcome

Through all of our discovery process, we were able to put them in a highly amenitized building with great views of Addison airport and within their desired submarket. We nailed their timeline and had about a one-month buffer between their new lease and the expiration of their existing lease. Our team helped them negotiate a long-term lease with building signage. This provided a long-term solution for their business with room for growth within the building and their space. We also helped put them in touch with furniture vendors to fill the space.
