The firm, founded in 2012 by Managing Partners Scott A. Morse, SIOR, CCIM and Scott M. Jessen, SIOR, CCIM (formerly known as The Morse Company), has been recognized by the Texas Association of Realtors with the William C. Jennings Award as the Best Real Estate Assignment in the state of Texas, by the Dallas Business Journal with the Best Office Development Award and perennial Heavy Hitter distinctions, as well as the Best Office Retention Award by the City of Plano, Texas for work on behalf of The North Texas Tollway Association.

Advisor Taylor Dickerson and Managing Partner Scott Morse, SIOR, CCIM, of Dallas-based real estate advisory firm Citadel Partners, LLC, recently represented National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) in the lease of approximately 8,907 square feet of office space. NCPA, a new client of Citadel Partners, is a nonprofit, nonpartisan public policy research organization with the goal of developing and promoting private, free-­-market alternatives to government regulation and control. The company chose Citadel Partners in its search for new office space in the Far North Dallas submarket because of its ability to listen and provide workable solutions for NCPA’s organization.

Citadel Partners’ Advisor Taylor Dickerson and Managing Co-Partner Scott Morse recently assisted EquityMetrix, a leading expert in land data management and revenue recovery for the oil and gas industry, lease more than 15,000 square feet of new office space in the Galleria North Tower II, located at 13727 Noel Road, Dallas, Texas 75240. Citadel Partners, a Dallas-based real estate advisory firm, has worked with EquityMetrix for more than a year and was pleased to help the company increase its premises in its existing building, with the help of Dennis Barnes, Celeste Fowden and Hunter Lee of CBRE.

Citadel Partners, a Dallas-based real estate advisory firm, recently assisted its long-time client, Tod Fobare, purchase two land sites totaling 6.85 acres in Richardson, Texas. Fobare is the managing partner of Skyrise Properties, a real estate investment company operating primarily in Texas, and oversees all of Skyrise Properties’ investment, development and disposition activities. He is an active commercial real estate investor and developer in the office, retail, industrial, land and data center segments of the Texas market.
