CITADEL PARTNERS ASSISTS EQUITYMETRIX WITH NEW 15,072-SQUARE-FOOT OFFICE SPACE IN GALLERIA NORTH TOWER II
DALLAS – August 5, 2014 – Citadel Partners’ Advisor Taylor Dickerson and Managing Co-Partner Scott Morse recently assisted EquityMetrix, a leading expert in land data management and revenue recovery for the oil and gas industry, lease more than 15,000 square feet of new office space in the Galleria North Tower II, located at 13727 Noel Road, Dallas, Texas 75240. Citadel Partners, a Dallas-based real estate advisory firm, has worked with EquityMetrix for more than a year and was pleased to help the company increase its premises in its existing building, with the help of Dennis Barnes, Celeste Fowden and Hunter Lee of CBRE.
In the past three years, EquityMetrix has grown 230 percent and was ranked by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in 2012. In searching for new office spaces, EquityMetrix needed to expand to fit its growth model but wished to stay in the Galleria North Tower II to remain close to one of its largest clients, also located in the tower. Citadel Partners located a space on a floor that gives EquityMetrix the ability to grow and expand continuously in the future, while also upgrading them to an improved, more efficient layout. The new space features a modern design with predominant elevator exposure, large lobby area and an open floor plan with glass office fronts and open cubicle space that allows for better employee collaboration and camaraderie. The large break room with restaurant-style booths and large meeting rooms are a unique feature for a company in the oil and gas industry.
