April Gutierrez serves as Office Manager at Citadel Partners’ Fort Worth office, bringing over three decades of executive support and operations experience. April is passionate about fostering strong internal relationships and ensuring a seamless office experience for both clients and team members. Known for her resourcefulness and organizational skill, April thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at keeping teams aligned and on track while also bringing deep expertise in travel coordination, team building, and schedule optimization.
April and her husband are proud parents of twin daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Texas Rangers, baking, volunteering with Trinity Habitat for Humanity, and carving out time each day for the gym. A self-proclaimed bookworm, you’ll often find her with a novel in hand!
Prior to joining the firm, April dedicated 31 years at Dickies, where she provided high-level administrative support to the Human Resources, Marketing and Executive teams and was known for her attention to detail, discretion, and ability to drive efficiency across departments.
