Scott Morse, SIOR, CCIM, a Dallas native, is a Managing Partner with Citadel Partners. Scott provides advisory services aligning clients’ business and real estate strategies to maximize profitability and productivity of the corporate facilities.

Iowa native Scott Jessen, SIOR, CCIM is a Managing Partner of Citadel Partners and leads the company’s Industrial Group. His advisory services align clients’ business and real estate strategies to maximize the profitability and productivity of their corporate facilities. He leverages his in-depth tenant knowledge to boost the bottom line for clients with day-to-day responsibilities ranging from leasing to acquisition/disposition.

Mitch Owen is the Director of Project Management at Citadel Partners. He ensures each project is successfully executed in an organized manner. His diverse career spans more than four decades in the real estate development and construction industries, resulting in a wealth of connections to key owners, management and leasing firms, and general contractors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Andy Goldston, CCIM is a Market Principal for Citadel Partners. Andy focuses on advising corporate clients and landlords in their comprehensive real estate decision making. He specializes in tenant representation, project leasing, asset acquisition, asset disposition, build-to-suit and design-build projects

Mac Morse is a Market Principal at Citadel Partners specializing in tenant representation, acquisition/disposition assignments and lease and purchase negotiations. As a Dallas native, Mac’s deep-rooted knowledge of the Metroplex offers a unique perspective on the growth and future of DFW to his clients.

Russell Cosby is a Market Leader at Citadel Partners. Russell specializes in office tenant representation, property and land acquisition/disposition assignments and subleasing of excess facilities. He has advised and counseled numerous clients in a career spanning 40+ years, including Fortune 500 companies and other large corporate users as well as local entrepreneurial ventures and professionals.

Cullen Donohue is a Market Leader at Citadel Partners. He focuses on office leasing and advising landlords in their real estate decision-making from leasing properties to acquisitions, dispositions and underwriting. He specializes in all asset services for the office market.

Lindsay Brunkenhoefer is the Chief Strategy Officer at Citadel Partners. As such, she oversees strategic planning and leads the company’s tactical initiatives.

Katherine Jessen Pool is a Senior Advisor at Citadel Partners who excels at helping clients maximize the productivity and profitability of their real estate assets. Relying on an extensive working knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth office market, she provides comprehensive real estate strategies.

Paul Clarkson is a Senior Advisor with Citadel Partners’ Industrial Group. Specializing in the northwest Dallas industrial and metropolitan submarkets, the Dallas native advises clients in tenant representation, leasing, acquisition/disposition, build-to-suit and design-build assignments.

Anna Lee Moore is an Advisor at Citadel Partners. She focuses on helping investors and business owners with the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Great Southwest and Mid Cities markets.

Hailing from McKinney, Brandon began his career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), providing tax planning strategy and implementation consulting services.

Jakey Younger is an Associate Advisor at Citadel Partners. He specializes in office tenant representation with a focus on the Lower Tollway submarket. His entrepreneurial experience taught him that hard work produces great results and nothing good comes from taking the easy way out.

Blake Welsh is an Associate Advisor at Citadel Partners. He specializes in office tenant representation with a focus within the Las Colinas submarket. The Texas Christian University graduate was raised in the commercial real estate business, where he watched his father manage the Colliers International office in Milwaukee.

Alex Durham is an Associate Advisor at Citadel Partners. He specializes in industrial tenant representation with a focus within the Northeast Dallas market. The Plano native’s hands-on experience in sales and product development at the University of Arkansas taught him to work with service excellence and integrity.

Grant Rickertsen is an Associate Advisor at Citadel Partners. He specializes in industrial tenant and landlord representation in the Metropolitan submarket. Born and raised in Iowa, Grant served as the president of the UNI Real Estate Club coordinating weekly meetings and events for students and members.

Gisselle Galvan is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Citadel Partners’ Fort Worth office.
