Wintrust Commercial Finance has leased 19,000 square feet at 3201 Dallas Parkway in the Hall Park mixed-use development on the Dallas North Tollway.
Tyler Thomas, Mac Morse and Scott Morse negotiated the new lease with Hall Group.
