The Allen Exchange is nearing completion! Mac Morse and Katherine Jessen have teamed up to market the sale and/or lease of the 71,920-square-foot industrial flex project. The site, which consists of three buildings, was developed by Gillett Commercial Real Estate with Raymond Construction Inc. as the general contractor.
