Advisory Council member and proud University of Northern Iowa alum, Scott Jessen, SIOR, CCIM witnessed the presentation of the 2025 Arthur T. Cox Real Estate Champion Award to Thomas Nordstrom, CCIM (retired). The presentation was held at the UNI Des Moines campus.
