Katherine Pool – Irma Lerma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School Mentorship Program

The mentorship program at the Irma Lerma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School connects students with professional women who support and guide them as they prepare for college and future careers. Mentors serve as role models, helping students build confidence, set goals, and navigate life beyond high school.
