on the Dallas industrial market. While it’s still one of the best markets in the country, interest
rates have impacted valuations, new deliverables have flooded the market and rental rate drops
are happening due to over building. But there is hope, demand is still at or above pre-pandemic
levels! Also, more than 450,000 people moved to North Texas since 2020 and Scott anticipates the
oversupply to be absorbed in the next 12-24 months. We’re headed in the right direction!
