Citadel Partners’ Scott Morse is a Finalist for the 2015 NTCAR Stemmons Service Award
Scott A. Morse, SIOR, CCIM, has been named one of four finalists for the 2015 Stemmons Service Award, given by NTCAR (North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors) The Stemmons Service Award is presented annually to honor a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors who best exemplifies the highest standards of a commercial broker. The recipient is a leader in the field and has earned the respect of his or her peers as an active productive broker who successfully resolves the intricacies of bringing two parties together in a commercial real estate transaction. Specific considerations for this award are the nominee’s tenure in the commercial real estate industry, professional and civic involvement, active production level, and reputation. This award is named for the Stemmons family in recognition of their outstanding leadership and many contributions to the growth of Dallas, their long – standing dedication to and support of NTCAR, and, in particular, their cooperation and courtesy in dealing with the commercial brokerage community.
Scott, a Dallas native, started his career in 1981. In 1987, he formed The Morse Company which he led for 18 years while solidifying a reputation for quality, market knowledge, personal service and integrity. This reputation was key to Colliers International acquiring his firm in 2005. While at Colliers, he was a consistent top producer in Dallas, and named to the national top 100 in 2010. In 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015, he was named Power Broker by the Dallas CEO Magazine and has been recognized as a consistent Heavy Hitter by the Dallas Business Journal from 2001 – 2010. In 2012, he co – founded Citadel Partners with Scott M. Jessen, SIOR, CCIM, a real estate advisory firm specializing in corporate tenant advisory services.
In 2004, Scott was selected to the Jay Levine Leadership Academy of the CCIM Institute. He co-founded and directed the formation of the CCIM Partners initiative which he was involved with from 2002 – 2006. In 2001, he won the “Best Office Real Estate Deal” for the North Texas Tollway Authority by the City of Plano, Texas, and the William C. Jennings Award for the best real estate assignment in the State for his work on behalf of Flextronics International.

The Stemmons Service Award honoree will be announced at a formal ceremony on January 28, 2016 at Dallas Country Club. The other finalists are Steve Berger, CBRE; Jack Gosnell, CBRE and Bill Cox, Carey Cox Company.
